They remove mold, algae, and grime from siding, roofs, and fences in North Carolina, while also providing commercial cleaning, window cleaning, and basic lawn maintenance
All services are provided by trained professionals. Details and scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement prior to any work being performed.
2. Quotes and Payment
– Estimates: All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
– Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle).
– Late Payments: Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, interest, or collections action.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
– Scheduling: Jobs are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
– Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– Delays: Surface Medic is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Property Access and Responsibility
– Access: Customer is responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the work site.
– Damage: Reasonable care will be taken, but Surface Medic is not liable for minor lawn damage or incidental wear and tear.
5. Safety
We adhere to industry safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment. However, customers and pets must remain a safe distance from work areas.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surface Medic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our services or website.
